Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2858 HB 196 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2829) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196(JUD) "An Act relating to the handling of matters after a person's death." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196(JUD) am S "An Act relating to the handling of matters after a person's death, to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, to anatomical gifts, to the 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2859 anatomical gift awareness fund, to a registry of anatomical gifts, and to organizations that handle the procurement, distribution, or storage of all or a part of an individual's body." (SCR 28 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 196(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 196(JUD) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 196(JUD)?"
